Analytical serviceProteomics & Biomarker Analysis
Proteomic and biomarker analysis measures proteins as the readout of biological state: the abundance of selected proteins, the distribution of biomarkers across samples, cytokine and growth-factor profiles and the signalling proteins associated with a response. A biomarker change is a measured observation; it does not, by itself, establish efficacy.
Illustrative figure — the shape of the measurement, not a result.
Selected protein abundance, biomarker measurements and multiplex profiles.

- Defined biomarker panels
Measurable parameters
- Protein abundance for selected targets
- Multiplex biomarker profiles
- Cytokine and growth-factor concentrations
- Signalling-protein changes relative to control
Reporting outputs
- Per-analyte measurement tables
- Multiplex profile summaries
- Assay range and limit information stated with the result

Fees for this service
Fees are per sample in pounds sterling, excluding VAT, and apply to the methods and scope described on the corresponding service page. Where no fee is listed, the investigation is scoped and quoted after a pre-submission enquiry. Multi-sample series and recurring programmes are priced on request.
| Proteomics & biomarker analysis | Fee |
|---|---|
| Multiplex cytokine / chemokine / growth-factor profile | £302 per sample, minimum eight |
| Targeted protein measurement — single analyte | Request a quotation |
Describe the sample and the question.
A pre-submission enquiry establishes analytical suitability, experimental requirements, sample handling and reporting expectations before any material is sent.
